Update: CAT scan was clear! Just an 8 mm simple cyst. Cleared to dive. I'm leaving tonight for Bonaire! Thanks for all the advise.
 
Good news. Enjoy. As we age, it's fairly normal that some benign, fluid-filled renal cysts appear. If water-filled with uncomplicated features (class I, lowest grades of class II), no further follow-up is usually needed.
