I would head up the coast a little and use John Bentley or Jimmy Gadomski. I wouldn’t call Key West a mecca and think you’ll be better served towards West Palm. That said, with the correct planning I imagine you could work something out with either.

Key west is a Mecca for tech diving, but not tech instruction. I don’t know anyone offering tech courses there.

Key Largo, OTOH, is lousy with good tech instructors.
