Going back to Largo with the wife and mom and dad in law. We have previously dove with Quiessence six pack and were pleased. One thing has changed, mom-in-law had a little trouble with the smaller boat and rough seas. I would like recommendations for mid size operators(10-16?). Do not really need a DM in the water but might be interested. Thanks for your help!

Two other componants, will be night diving and would not mind a resonable price to help with the funding. Thanks

Try Ocean Divers. I have used them many times and always had a great time.

I dove with Silent World in Key Largo several months ago. Nice boats and Capts. The boats would hold maybe 18 but 14 was their max. They do not provide a DM except for a extra fee but I don't care for one anyway.

Paradise Charters has started running a 12 diver boat. It is a good operation and always has a DM in the water. They offer steel tanks (which take about 6 lbs. off the weight belt) and are reasonably priced ($50 2 tank + $5 per tank) They are located at the Ramada/Holiday Inn marina. You can find out more at www.paradisecharters.net.

I live in Key Largo and like to check out all the local operations. There is a new operation/charter called Bluewater Divers. They are reasonable, dive guides are available and they are very experienced and knowledgable. The boat is very comfortable and holds 15 but they don't take more than 10-12, usually 10. They are located at the Holiday Inn Marina at MM 100.

They are very friendly and will do their best to tailor the dive to what the customer requests, conditions permitting. Being a local diver I was impressed with these guys.

Check them out at www.bluewaterdiver.net They also offer packages.
