Key Largo 5/22-24

Is anyone diving the Key Largo area 5/22 to5/24. I will be camping with my sons boyscout troop and plan to dive at least one morning. It would be nice to meet a scubaboard member or two at the same time. Plan to go on a charter boat since I am leaving mine at home this trip.

Is this a private trip or charter trip? Do you allow spearfishing on your boat. I know there is no spearing on the Spiegel Grove but it is allowed on the Bibb and Duane. I would love to do some of these wrecks with or without speargun.
