APril 24, 2010 Laguna Beach will hold its first annual KelpFest to celebrate the return of giant kelp forests to Laguna. These forests have been restored by the thousands of of volunteers of the Orange County Kelp restoration project

If you would like to volunteer for this even, please contact me.
