Mr.Levendorf, who holds instructor and instructor-trainer certifications from multiple agencies, has been in the recreational diving industry for 33 years. His past positions have included dive operation key management and ownership. He is best known as the longtime Chief Development Officer of Pro Dive International and former Gear Editor and ScubaLab Director for Sport Diver and Scuba Diving magazines.
In making the announcement, Scubaocity founder and CEO Capt. Gary Mace said, “our program was designed for dive shop owners by dive shop owners, but what we needed was someone with the same background that understood the challenges dive shops face in their day to day operations and relay how Scubaocity can address those challenges. Kell's background is perfect to get our message out -- he knows the industry, the players, and we are very excited in welcoming him aboard."
