Just got back from Thailand

Just got back from 10 days of diving around Phuket and Similan Islands. Other than losing one of my fin, it was a great trip. Took a bunch of pictures I'd like to share with you all. Comments are welcomed. All pictures are taken w/ Canon A95 without external strobe.

What Dive Op did you use? I went through Sea-Bees in Kata Beach and had a great time on the live aboard last year. Glad to see you saw some mantas. I only saw one manta and he didn't get too close to us.

TeqP, I used Calypso Diver for daytrips around Phuket and overnight trip to Phi phi. For liveaboard I used Colona VI. Actually I saw Sea Bees boat in Phuket and Similan. I saw Manta Ray 3 times. Once in Racha Noi, twice in Koh Bon.
Before I joined the Colona for 4 days trip to Similan, they just did a 3 days trip to Hin Daeng and they saw Whale Sharks twice. Darn it !!!!!!

Was Mark your dive guide on the Colona? My buddy & I dove with him last year and had a fantastic trip! I am currently making plans to return this Oct.

Yes, it was Mark and Raoul. Mark also made a DVD of the trip.
