Just found out about an ATV accident

The accident happened in early December. The guy was ice fishing and on the lake after dark on the ATV. How he did it, maybe a little drunk, went the wrong way and into open water. He got out and never reported it.
The ATV has poped out from under the ice and is floating around. As soon as more ice is off the lake he will go get it.
And I was gearing up for a search................. Half the town knew about the accident but everyone kept their traps shut.
