One thing you may try is to put together a dive trip for families through your LDs or do one on your own through the board here.
I accidently ended up doing one to Bonaire several year ago and it worked well.
Several posters here were complaining about their kids diving opportunities and that no other kids dove in their area. We ended up with all of us going to Bonaire the same week and diving together. We each made our own arrangements but all went the same week. It worked out very well!
