Hi Mark,
At 5:00 that is a common sculpin guarding eggs. Nice shot btw. The pygmy sculpin would probably be about 1/4 - 1/3 that size and more "soft" looking. here's an image:

7:00 is a Stickleback, as is 7:47.

7:08 Is interesting. At first blush I thought crayfish but then contrast it to the crayfish at 8:23?

The 7:08 I thought at first was a crayfish missing it's claws, but it seemed to be acting normally. Maybe it was a juvenile? I don't know if they have their claws from when they're little.
