Iew :(

Me and Mikey Paul went to Gulf Shores last night with the intention of diving, the pass/jetties was mucked up as well as the shoreline near the Whiskey Wreck. Needless to say, we went and grabbed a bite to eat instead.

There has not been much blue water along the beaches in Okaloosa and Walton counties since the storm either - must be all the runoff.

Yeah, seas have been calm for the past few days though - if it keeps up, maybe by next weekend we'll be able to see something past our shoulders UW :D

where do you look to find out about the tides and wave conditions? 'not a local"
visitor to be!
SeaYoda:
It looks like a good tidal swing from -0.3 to +0.9. Maybe the push will clear the pass again.

Attached is the tide graph since Arlene. I almost went for a dive this morning but when I checked the chart and looked at the tide prediction last night, I knew that there would not be much clearing.

Wow... where do you find charts/info like this SeaYoda?

I wish I knew what he was posting, it might be something worthwhile - who knows?

I have a vested interest in this kind of info :D.
