If I were to get on this trip, Paul isn't going to run a compass, is he? 
Maybe I could drive down and pick up DollFin if I can get "approved' for this dive.

Well, if the viz is bad, we'll need to take a bearing to be able to get back.
Denise, she'd make a great dive buddy, as long as I led the dive.

Skills, yes, but don't know if it'll be warm enough for the 3mm "Bond Girl" suit in the Gulf yet - might have to stay with the 5mm. But at least I'm getting a much better idea of how much weight I need, so no more human champagne cork!
I dove the "O" two weeks ago in my 3mm and I was fine, but then again I don't get cold easy. I am going back to the "O" on June 1st (my birthday) and plan on wearing my 3mm again. I will post a thread with some pictures and let everyone know how the water temps are. This will be dive # 100 for me

Well since you're up to 5 confirmed, there wouldn't be room for Dave and since no one else can give me a ride from NOLA, looks like I'm going to have to miss this one. Oh well, next time!

Don't pay any attention to Michael. He always says he's going to go diving, and then the wife or the baby snaps him back to reality. The truth is, he just likes to buy gear.
Andreas and Donna have been PM'd, but are not certain. Please keep checking the thread, and your buddy. Maybe we can convince Gary to do a PM trip, too.
The boat ain't full until Gary says the boat's full, and he has other captains he can call on, too, with enough interest.

But Paul. I haven't bought any gear in 1 1/2 months. (Well,minus the DR Nitek I bought and sold.
) I've stopped buying scuba gear totally. I've actually sold most of my tech/cave gear I had acquired. Just the minimal gear to dive now. And yes, my wife does snap me back into reality... but minus this Father's Day dive, I get to dive a weekend soon.
Looks like ABWA... I get to practice my bag shoot and reels. Ohh and at least I can read a compass.
