I dove Tyee a couple of times recently. Great dives. Amazing visibility, slightly different wildlife from the Victoria area or even Madrona, and very unique underwater topography. Nice video!
 
The sandstone topography is very different from Victoria. There are some species there that are relatively rare down here as well (feather stars and crimson anemones). As you mentioned, the visibility can be a big draw as well.
