Joy 15cfm@3000 compressor

What can someone tell me about a Joy 15CFM@3000psi 4 stage compressor head from a military compressor trailer.

I have the chance to aquire one of these. Anyone know of anyone being successful in making a compressor suitable for SCUBA?

The last time I laid eyes on a Joy was in '88 and no parts were available back then. It was a unit removed when it was replaced with a Bauer, just sitting and waiting to be scrapped.
