I may have the opportunity to dive Johnston Island (atoll) in November. Does anyone have information regarding this opportunity?

TIA!

Isn't that the place where everyone carries gas masks.

no problem. Isn't a regulator essentially a gas mask, anyway? Johnston's one of the islands where the gov't conducted nuke tests 50 years ago. The radiation is (mostly) gone, and no commercial or recreational dive operations have been there. I'm working on getting an invitation (the only way to get there) to do some diving. Should be fun, but I wonder if anyone else has been there, done that?

If I rember right, Ken spent several years there recently, no one knows more.
Hows jaguar Ken? Leaving Najaf in a week or two, maybe and headed north.

Jaguar's in the middle of nowhere. We convoyed to the PX at Mosul last week. It was a wasted trip. We're trying Speicher next Fri.

All quiet around here for some time.

Keep your head down.

Spooky quiet here too. Intel says the 13th for a big hit.
