Jet fins L size have different blade lenth?

So tell me, when your using the fins w. this spring strap - does this strap give at all? Like does it feel like the fin (and this is an overexageration) is coming off your foot part way then snapping back at all?

I can't understand why they would have such a darned sized difference w. the XL compared to the L.

I guess the dive shop could order the spring straps that go w. the jets then?

Using a spring strap feels no different from using any other- you pull it out (pretty hard) to pull it over the heel, and then it tightens back up. there is no stretching to it once it is on the foot.

On the blade sizing issue- the blade of the fin is significantly longer on the XL than the L which is longer than the M, though not by as much. Go with whichever fits your foot better (foot pocket) you'll be fine.
