I'm a Fish!
Shot near the West end of New Providence Bahamas it was in open water at 40 plus feet near, but not on a wreck. It was about 1-1/2 to 2 inches.

Wow! Great shot. Sorry I don't know the name of the jellyfish but I will watch to see the ID. I love your photos.
 
I'm guessing it's a hydromedusa - so some kind of hydrozoan? No idea about ID...
