oh yeah, I was waiting for the Simpsons to come on so I killed time by watching a nature show on PBS. They advertised this then.
 
Yes, the first in the series deals with their expedition to the northwest Hawaiian island of Kure. Should be an interesting series.

I've known JMC for 30 years and have worked with him on-and-off during that time. He has always been very approachable and enjoyed creating programs that involved small groups that he could interact with personally. Hopefully this series will lead to many more internationally broadcast documentaries on the marine world. We sure need more education on the devastation being caused in the marine world since only a lucky relative few of us ever see it first hand.
