Jan-Feb diving

Hey guys & gals,
Stupid question, but are Jan & Feb decent months for diving in Anilao? Particularly, shore diving? I'm in between jobs and planning to make an impromptu trip in the next couple of weeks. What's the water temp?

I dove there late Feb. early March with full 3mm wet suit. Water temp was in the mid 70's F if i recall. No problems, I wasn't cold. The filipino divemasters were tho'!
