Jamaica Bound - 4 weeks from now

I am going on a cruise to the Caribbean soon and I need some info. The cruise line does not offer any diving in Jamaica (Montego Bay). Does anyone know of a good dive operator or LDS that works in that area? It will only be me, but I am hoping to find a couple of dives for the day. I am looking for recommendations. Thanks.

What is your port in Jamaica? It should be either Ocho Rios or Montego Bay. MBJ has several dives ops, Ocho I'm not sure about.
