Ixtapa Mexico Dive Film next week, dry or wet

I will dive in Ixtapa next week Februay 12th thru 20th and wounder if anyone has experience in this part of the pacific during mid February. Should I plan to dive dry or will it be too hot? I told they are getting highs in the mid 80's

Any feed back for filming big manta rays? Sea Horses? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
