Anybody have this light or have any opinions of it? I'd like to have a general purpose light for looking into cracks and crevises. Would this be a good all around light or would I be better off going with one of the smaller lights that use AA's?

Thanks,

John

Hey JP,

It's alright, but you might just wanna go with a smaller AA light since it's output won't be significantly different.

To be honest go with an LED if you can (will cost about twice the C4 and well worth it). I've used my C4 for wreck diving and for night diving and it was puny compared to my dive buddy's LEDs. The C4 will serve your purpose, but you will most likely be in my situation and say to yourself "why didn't I just spend that extra $$$ on an LED?"

So to summarize: go with a AA light. If you're looking for something with more output then go with an LED.

Hope that helped!
