I just don't log dives

Issue evisa site says I have an active visa. While I had a 211A - 60 day single entry visa - last fall it is long since expired.

On longin to my account the "1 Apply" section is missing the "Apply" radio button. I can access the application via the drop down "SERVICES" menu, but this leads to a failed application. The message is "Failed You are not elligible to apply this Visa! still have active visa (code: 001)"

Any suggestions?

Be careful with the bit that scans your password. I think close to 33% of my friends had it misread their details and they did not pick it up on the issued visa. This then caused problems when entering. I picked up one error (my date of birth) but missed that the passport expiry date was 0021 rather than 2021. A hassle to get fixed at Denpasar airport immigration.

I think there is a chat bot on the Molina website, you could try using it during weekday business hours in Indonesia. There is an email address and some have had success contacting them and sending scans of their exit stamp and having their immigration status updated. Many people have had this issue and they just arrive and apply for a VOA at the airport and clear up the issue there.

I had a lot of issues prior to my last trip and ended up just getting the visa on arrival at DPS, which due to flight timing, took a lot less that the multiple attempts to do it online.

Don't forget to do the customer declaration before you leave your home, that at least works pretty well.

The Molina website does work, when it's not shut down due to a hack, but it's very user unfriendly. I suspect it's because of very poor programming. However, if you have the time to fiddle with it, it's possible to get EVOAs...I've successfully applied for three the past year online, and three online extensions.

I have 12 divers headed to Bali-Komodo who are all experiencing some difficulty with the eVisa site. In some cases, the system won't accept a credit card, for some it may be the image upload requiring a pdf or jpg. The solution seems to be patience.

Non-USA issued cards tend to work without any problem.

Uploading pdf or jpg files tend to have a maximum size restriction, and occasionally I've had to make some size reductions.

Why did the site reject your visa app?

Why what...did you read my post? I successfully applied for three online electronic VOAs and three online extensions the past year. However, it takes a lot of hunt and peck around the website to be successful.

On arrival was pretty easy and smooth (last month). Cost us about 10 mins, no more. There was a QR code at the airport to fill in a form and then just pay at a kiosk where there were multiple agents.
