What is the best lake in Arkansas to dive and why?

Thanks in advance
Dave

Haven't dove them all but Ouachita is awsome, good vis, fresh water jellies, fresh water sponges, quartz crystals to dig up.

Degray is deeper than travis but I've never dove it

Lake Ouachita is a great lake. Deep, clear and you can find crystals on the bottom. We went out last year and had a good time.

Another count for Lake Ouachita
Ditto what Fixxer & LVX said :D

Ditto to what FixxerV16 , Zinc and LVX said

In addition, I'll add that near the Fire House and Cafe there is a Gal we call the
"Clothes Washin' Woman"

Zinc knows about her :eyebrow:

ScubaTexasTony and I sang a song about her :D

A fine washin' woman was she :rofl3:

Lake Ouachita is a good lake...DeGray is a boat/pontoon lake and offers some deep technical diving opps. Beaver and a string of northern lakes in Arkansas are great, I have dove there and they are deepish,,,,I hit 190ffw/TMx a few years back. Southern Mo. connect to the northern Arkansas lakes for endless opps..

Sang a song about her?????... A bit understated I think... think wolves baying at the night's full moon...

Isnt it time we made a spring trip back???

What's a good spot to dive Ouachita to find the jellies and sponges?
