Found that two dive operators (Poseidon and Quicksilver - on Quicksmart) go to Agincourt Reef for a day trip (3 dives). Any experience on this? I saw some good review on Poseidon here on the board.

As a side question, do I need to wait a bit if I want to go to the rainforest after diving?
