We spent the last week and a half in San Pedro.
Dived with a shop called Island Divers.
They were great. We got to do a lot of diving in spite of some rather challenging winds that were ripping the area outside the reef.
The guy who runs the operations, Rudy, has a very good balance between safety and autonomy. Each buddy team was able to "dive their air" allowing for some buddy teams to come back to the boat a bit earlier, while others stayed down longer. I liked this approach a lot. I felt well looked after but not overly constricted by the group.
We saw lots of cool sea life and interesting underwater topography.
Bottom line is that I can highly recommend the folks at Island Divers.
