I have been trying to call them and get a response by email to reserve a car. Do you normally reserve cars, or just show up and get one? I have called for 2 days in a row, and know answer on both phone numbers.

I just dialed 01152987872-3367 and a nice lady answered.

That is her email- i just got one from her earlier. The nice lady was probably margarita- one of the nicest people i have met on the island. I will see her in 5 days- yea

Ok, I took that off of their site. There is a second number I did not try. Good luck.

You might check your spam folder for their email too...?

Thanks for the assistance with ISIS I dialed the correct number and was able to speak to Margarita today she is going to stay open until 7pm so we can get our car the day we arrive. She also got my email from the one listed above she sent me a map to the office from the pier. She was very nice on the phone, and I can see why so many do business with her.

Just a little Hi-jack but she also has a nephew in Playa that is just as nice and rents cars so if you are over there make sure to contact him.

Glad it worked out. I knew it didn't sound like her, and a short call on Skype is cheap enough - plus I could copy & past the numbers and not risk misdialing.

 I still have $8.81 in credit there, after that 20c call - from a $10 credit I once bought years ago. When I go to Mexico, I subscribe to the Unlimited* US & Canada plan for a month, and since I do it while I am still in the states - I can then call US & Canada for free. :eyebrow: $3 for one month so I can use my computer to call, in case my Verizon phone & plan fails - in case I ever need to call home. Only needed to one trip, but then it was pretty important. Otherwise, "talk to you when I get back."
