Is this right for my gear?

My aunt from the states is giving me a pelican case for my gear, she'll be bringing it over soon. Now I just want to know if this model would be the right one for my G11 Ikelite set up, 2 DS-160 strobes, ULCS regular and bouyancy arms, Dome lens, Macro lens, etc.

Lay out your gear and see if it can fit inside a 18-15/16" x 14-7/16" x 7-3/4" (48.1 cm x 36.7 cm x 19.7 cm) box. That case IMO is a bit small for what you have.

My only criticism of hard cases is their weight. That case is 5.4 kilos with the foam.

As a carry-on it is close to the 7 kilo limit for you in the Philippines, as well as to other countries, before you even load it.

When I was using one they weighed it. I suspect it was because the hard case draws more attention that a soft one. They never weigh my backpack with the exception of Hawaiian Airlines in Manila.
