Is this a very young Spotted Moray Eel?

I saw this fellow in Curacao. He was in a small rock about 15 feet deep. I think he is a young spotted Moray but he is a yellowish color and the spots look different than the regular spotted moray's that I have seen before. Thanks for any input!

nope, it is a goldentail moray. They are less than a foot long as adults, I usually see them about 4-6" long, looking like fingers sticking out of holes along the tops of reefs. They stay pretty shallow, once you find one you will start seeing them everywhere. See Humann's Reef Fish ID, page 368/369. I have pics that shows the colors.
