Are there any 3-4 day liveaboards in Northern California/Monterey area? I live in East Tennessee, and want to experience 4-5 guided dives/day--sea lions, kelp, garibaldis...stuff not seen in the FL Keys. No interest in shore life (can see that when I'm REALLY old). Thanks, Phyllis in Knoxville

The point of liveaboards is to access areas that take a long time to get to. Even the furthest places on a slow boat only take two hours (each way) to access. No real point in doing a liveaboard for those.

Do realize that boats in this area are unguided unless you hire a DM ahead of time.
