Suggestion Is there a Handicap Thread on this site?

Is there a thread for handicap people on this website? I have a buddy who is parylized and is a great swimmer, and has always wanted to scuba dive. I was wondering if there is information here for people like him.

Or is there a link to a site which cater towards handicap divers? Or can he find information at DAN?
