It seems that a lot of boats, for differetns reasons had stop to do liveaboards to Tubbataha . Is the Vasco still doing it?

Really?? All boats that have been operating in Tubataha for the last 3 years are still and will still be doing it except for tristar.
Maybe what you mean is they are currently not running trips there but that is because its off season and diving is prohibited there. Season starts on March until early June.

Tabibuga is not. Explorer i dont know as she tried to clim the reefin Tubbataha. Talusi seems on sale.......

oh those are the "small" operators that run the tubataha trips. Scubaworld still runs the largest fleet of boats that go to Tubataha.
