Is the Transpac II discontinued?

Ok, this is probably a dumb question, but I am looking for a new BC and like the DiveRite Transpac. I have found both a Transpac and a Transpac II. When I checked the DiveRite website, the Transpac II is not listed. Has this model been discontinued? What is the difference between the Transpac and the Transpac II?

The current TransPac offers a greater degree of adjustability and customization for sizing. Functionally however the TransPac II is the same. Thanks Ag, The local shop has both the Transpac and the Transpac II. Would the Transpac II be last years model?
