Is the Fourth Element Halo 3D undergarment the same as the Scubapro K2 Extreme?

Hi, I'm on the quest for the right undergarments. A guy at the local dive shop told me that the Fourth Element Halo 3D is the completely same thing as the Scubapro K2 Extreme. I'm a bit sceptical about that since the K2 Extreme is generally sold for half the price of the Halo 3D.
Also, what is the difference between the Halo 3D and Halo AR?

I guess no one has any experience with both.

It looks like the Halo AR is made with argon, not really sure what that voodoo magic entails though.
