I stayed at the El Coz and thought it was fine. If you dive with the in house operator Ocean Tours/Scuba Du then they will taxi you down to the Presidente for free. It is a short cab ride and worked out just fine. Scuba Du was a good outfit to dive with. If you stay at the El Coz I would say that the in house dive op would be your best bet. If you want a different dive op it may be better to stay elsewhere.
