The past few days It has been taking forever to load pages. Just now it took 50 seconds from the time I clicked on post new thread till this screen came up. I don't notice any slow down on any other web pages I visit or in email. I am on a dialup connection but this has only been going on for a few days and this is way slow even for dialup. Any ideas?

It took OVER 1.5 minutes for that last post to go through. This sucks!

Load is pretyt low right now, sounds like an ISP issue but I'll keep an eye on it.

I haven't noticed anything from here (Japan - broadband)

edit:I just timed this upload - about 0.5 sec

I'm running under a heavy network load, but the board's not unusually slow from here.

I would agree but this seems to be the only site that is slow for me. I just loaded the Ebay home page in 10 seconds. scifi.com took 5 seconds. It is taking a minute or better to load any page here.<shrug>

Joe, any slow is a bad slow, I've got our network stats and server load open and I'll be watching for a few hours.

If you dont mind can you up up an ms-dos (or shell) promt and type: tracert scubaboard.com posting the results back here which will tell us how quickly you are accessing our server via the network.
