Is Supporting Member still Automated... and is it working

I signed up for a Supporting Member - Sponsor last evening, PayPal was completed at that time.

Is the process still automated... and is it working. I received notification that the transaction completed, but have not seen the changes in my account

It may just be a matter of setting your displaygroup.
