Reviving this post as I was wondering what the corrective action for this would be?
If the OP used non-approved or improper lubricant on various O-rings what would be be necessary to correct the related issues or potential dangers?
Would it just be to remove all O-Rings? Clean the fittings? Replace all O rings? Apply proper lube? Then you are good to go? Other maintenance required?
Is this just an oxygen and combustion issue with the lube, 02, and 0-Rings?
