aside from swimming biomechanics there isn’t really an advantage. Even in swimming w the fins and all the gear it’s not as pronounced of an advantage as with competitive nearly naked swimming where you use your arms. Larger humans tend to go faster but consume more oxygen. Shorter tend to go slower but consume less.Hello divers, I'm 6'3" and new to scuba diving. I was just wondering if being tall is advantageous in scuba diving because it gives me more leverage and longer limbs to propel on water?
