Was in Key Largo diving this past week and my XR2 dive computer showed low battery. My (usually technically astute) hubby/dive buddy replaced the battery for me. You guessed it - the battery compartment flooded and shorted my XR2 out. I've read that the computer itself is watertight, so it should work again (right?) with a fresh battery and cleaning of the contacts. But the clear window is yucky brown. Can that be replaced? Or is there something I can use to clean it? Or should I send it all to Aeris and cross my fingers?

Thanks for the help!
Cynthia
