Not really. Just be extremely careful before you pick a fight with a Mod and I'd imagine you'd be safe enough.
You could read it all for yourself as well I suppose.......but I'm not sure if you'd be any the wiser at the end.

this could be so ... (not that you being pretty is a widespread view) but if you know anything about customer service, you know that for every customer that complains, you have 10 silent unsatisfied customers

you are being told over and over again that you have a communications problem. what you do in the back is not translating to the members up front.

you are not being perceived as you think you are.

what you do with that information is up to you. you can dismiss it (as it appears you are doing) or you could think about it and see if it makes sense to do anything about it.

along this vein, you raise a valid point. I think the people who wonder how the policing is done, are only the ones who have been policed.
