Maybe, but not before seven. The Science Channel has a show on undersea stinging critters....If I can't dive, I can at least view it.

oh yes.... my wife and i have a yearly ritual oscar night. we have a "floor picnic"
and watch.
the show is supposed to start at 8:30 EST.

I really llike Billy Crystal.. I'm glad he is back this year.
A floor picnic sounds like a blast! I never can get David to watch it with me. If it's not a WWII movie or History Channel WWII show he isn't interested..unless the Rockets are playing..that's about it.

Gave up TV for lent...even if I hadn't, I doubt I would watch them...not much of a movie goer...but if Seabiscuit is up for anything and wins, will ya let me know?

Nope. I rarely ever watch TV anyway. I've given up on the Oscars and the Academy Awards over some of their past picks and snubs.

we just like to watch the clips and stuff, and the jokes.
Well....Lord of the Rings just made a clean sweep...11 Oscars to tie with Titanic, Ben Hur and one other I forget.
Guess I need to find the first one to watch and catch up!
BTW...what's with all the black? Only 3 women in all the winners wore anything but black, and those were white or very light. The men all looked like funeral ushers, though dashing!
