Irritating Wesuit Seam

Just wanted to get people's opinion on how to deal with an irritating wetsuit seam.

O recently bought a Neosport 1mm "t-shirt" which I put under my 3/mm wetsuit. However, the ccollar on the shirt has to seams in the back that are REALLY irritating/rubbing my skin.

Any advice? Is there stuff out there that I could cover the seams with so they are not chafing my neck?
