Question IP - when is high too high?

Hey I set mine up as high as all that up there also so it pushes out the silicone from the silicone chamber
So high that plastic blow guns blow apart, so I have to use metal blowers, when I set regs up for blowing
 
As shocking as this might be to OC people, there are many folks in the CCR world using an aftermarket spring and a constant (aka blocked non-compensating) IP in the 13 to 15 range (200-225psi). There's no 2nd stage in this application and it works fine. 1st stages are far more capable than we give them credit for.

An OC reg is at these IPs once you get to 40m and sure enough they work too. Being even a whole bar "too high" isn't really anything to stress about if the 2nd stage is tuned for it.
