This is too bad because when algae and seaweed from the Indo-pacific area comes to the Atlantic/Caribbean there is little to eat it so it tends to overgrow everything. The Indo-pacific has many more fish, crustaceans and urchin species that they can eat the seaweed and keep in under control. The Atlantic/Caribbean animals are already having a hard time reducing the native algae so adding an exotic seaweed to the Atlantic/Caribbean will cause a lot of problems I think.
