Hi. I just joined the board today hoping to get some guidance for dives in some Caribbean Islands.

My husband and I aren't certified, but we've done the resort course with refresher dives. We live in Kansas, and the idea of scuba diving in a nasty lake doesn't appeal to me at all. We don't have any intentions of getting certified, but did thoroughly enjoy last summer's dives in Grand Cayman. We're headed off on a 7 night Southern Caribbean cruise this summer and we'll hit Barbados, Aruba, Dominica and St. Thomas. I don't want to dive at every port, but maybe dive on two separate islands. Hopefully someone can advise good places rich in corals that aren't too deep!

We're reef keepers and have a 60 gallon reef, so seeing corals is much more interesting to us than seeing the fishes.

Glad to be here.

Jennifer
