Still another update:
"Unfortunately, at the moment and as a result of our beta testing, we have decided to make some larger hardware improvements to the [OMNIX] computer. We are determined to provide a superior product that is free of issues from launch, so we have delayed the project. I apologize for all delays, but we will be sending out an announcement and hopefully the anticipated launch date as soon as we have adequate information."

What is the source of the update? Does shake one's confidence in the Omnix, it was first announced almost a year ago.

Do you know if the Omnix is going to run custom GFs or presets, like the Lynx?

I have zero idea.
My hope is that it has better battery management/ use then the Lynx...
