Looking at the ProjectAware website, it doesn't appear that any of the Orange County Shops are organizing anything for ICC on Sept 20. Anybody else hear differently? Dr. Bill, how about on Catalina?

From an e-mail I received, here is the information on the Redondo Pier cleanup:

Hello All,
Just a quick email to announce the coastal cleanup and underwater cleanup date for 2003 at Veteran's Park in Redondo Beach.

The cleanups will take place on Saturday September 20th this year. This is the 7th annual DNS Dive Team Underwater Cleanup and with the closure of the Santa Monica site, this years event will certainly be HUGE.

Visit the following link to download the registration form:

http://www.divensurf.com/events/index.htm

This year Dive N' Surf is offering a cleanup T-Shirt at $10.00 for anyone interested. Start time will be confirmed shortly.

All are welcome and SCUBA diving cert is not required (for beach cleanup).

Questions, please contact Jon Davy @ DNS at 310-937-2846.

OC divers,

My dive club, SOCDC, will be hosting a Coastal Clean-up on September 20 at Crescent Bay in Laguna Beach. We'll have donuts and coffee, etc. for those who come to help!
