Instructor to Instructor question!

I am currently moving back to Canada to teach but need to know about a certain manufacturer. The dive shop I want to work for offers only Beachat and they only give there DM's and instructors 15 to 25% off retail. Does anyone know if Beachat offers a keyman discount to instructors? I dont mind paying for equipment but that to me seems pretty hefty for an instructor to pay at retail discount. Thanks in advance!!!
