Instructor recommendation for a 12 year old in DFW

Can anyone recommend an instructor who specializes in training kids or, if not a specialty, has a particular talent for it? Am in Arlington, TX, between Dallas and Fort Worth. Am particularly interested in a a NAUI instructor but not a deal breaker for the right instructor. Thanks!

It's a bit of a drive, but Clint Johnson at Divers Depot in Nacogdoches was wonderful with my 10 year old.

Ted Kern and his wife Pam at Executive Scuba did a GREAT job with my 14 y/o daughter who freaked out the first dive - to the point of not wanting to go back. I told her she had to tell Ted & Pam herself. Pam spent MOST of the day just working with her. She is now 20, AOW, and has 30+ dives.
